The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our fintech business. The ideal candidate should have experience in microfinance or digital platform industry, possess a graduate diploma or any Bachelor's degree, and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Check and verify KYC documentation and other required documents for customer onboarding • Conduct reminder calls to ensure timely repayments and maintain strong relationships with customers • Assist in after-sales service and issue resolution • Monitor financing and repayments, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions • Continuously improve processes and procedures for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Provide regular reports and updates to management
